Award Winning writer/Illustrator GMB Chomichuk leads you in an adventure of the fundamentals of making comics. Great birthday party activity! Supplies Provided. 

Attendees with very limited ("I read a comic once!") to advanced comic making ( "i make graphic novels!")  experience can enjoy this workshop together as exercises and techniques will be adapted to accommodate each individual. Mixed groups of skills and/or ability are welcome.

THEMES TO CHOOSE FROM:
Character Creation: Learn the basics in creating characters from scratch to use in your comics storytelling.
Action illustrations: Add action and drama to your fight scenes with five easy to learn compositions. 
Monster Maker: Mix & remix elements of the real world to make monsters that are real, scary and really scary. 

GMB Chomichuk is an award-winning writer and illustrator whose work has appeared in film, television, theatre, books, comics and graphic novels. His work ranges from the heart warming to the blood curdling with graphic novel like Cassie and Tonk, Midnight City, Will I See? and the forthcoming Automatic Age, Arena City, and Good Boys. He is the host of Super Pulp Science a podcast about how genre gets made. His newest full length graphic novel Apocrypha: The Legend of Babymetal was featured on The Hollywood Reporter, The Nerdist and Billboard Magazine.
