We are bringing these passions together by offering you a unique wedding experience that celebrates your love story with an incredible mash up of Winnipeg’s best vendors.
Fête Jockey Events has teamed up with Kilter Brewing Co. to provide a tropical and classy venue with locally crafted beer and cider, and nationally celebrated Chef Ben Kramer to prepare a glorious meal that your guests will remember for years.
We want your planning process to be easeful and fun, and your wedding to be luxuriously local and 100% you! Our relationships with the best of Winnipeg musicians, DJs, photographers and artisans are at your service to customize your big day.
We are currently booking weddings for the 2023 season.
2024 PRICING:
Kilter Venue Rental + Fête Jockey Wedding Coordination
Kilter Brewing Co. space is a tastefully tropical and daringly delicious space for the wedding of your dreams. Kilter has teamed with Fête Jockey Events to provide wedding coordination from the moment you book to the final hours of your big day. Fête Jockey coordinators will guide you each step of the way, helping you book additional vendors including photography, DJs, live bands and flowers for the couple. Let us take the stress out of the planning process so you can kick back, relax and enjoy your wedding! Venue rental and coordination is $6,000.
Decor
Basic decor is included in the venue rental and coordination fee. Think: tasteful candle arrangements on the tables. Kilter is a vibe all on its own, and we don’t really feel the need to change it! However, if you’d like to bring in your own decor or flowers you are welcome to.
Food By Chef Ben Kramer
Chef Ben Kramer is a nationally celebrated chef serving up sustainable and delicious culinary creations. Chef Ben will meet with you personally to design the wedding menu. Taco and ramen bar? An elegant sit down meal? A cocktail style reception? The options are endless and Chef Ben will work with you to create the dinner of your dreams. Prices start at $60/plate and include labour and rentals.
*Couples interested in a different option for food are welcome to bring in a food truck.
Corkage
At Kilter we specialize in craft beer but welcome you to bring in your own wine for your event. If you’ve selected wine corkage, OR if your event is going past 11PM you are required to attain a social occasion permit from the LGCA online at online at MyLGCA.ca or at the LGCA Winnipeg office located at 1055 Milt Stegall Drive. Don’t worry- Fête Jockey coordinators will walk you through this process! Wine Corkage: $10/guest
Booking
Kilter’s legal capacity is 100 guests and we are booking for Sundays and Mondays in 2023 only.
To secure your date we require a 50% deposit. The remaining fee is due seven days before your event. We require a credit card on file but also accept cheque and e transfer.
